2) The most expensive Guitar ever sold was David Gilmore’s Black Fender Stratocaster in 2019 at $3.9 Million, the amount was donated to Client Earth- Environmental Law charity.

9) There are two types of Guitar, Acoustic guitar and electric Guitar. Acoustic Guitar have a variety of parts including sound hole, bridge, frets, strings, neck, fret board, tuning keys, and the saddle.

Electric guitar has many of the same parts as the acoustic guitar and a few more including the head stock, machine heads, control dials, pick up switch and bridge. There can be two types of Guitar strings, Steel and Nylon strings. Electric guitars have metal strings.

10) Another interesting fact about Guitar is, if you perfect bar chords on guitar you can easily switch between different chords as you keep switching to the next fret. For e.g. F chords on first fret, F# on second, and so on. So It becomes easy to remember the various chords on the guitar.
